• Job Details: Heading IT audit function that assesses the adequacy of controls over information system environment of ALJ Group.  Leading IT audit team and reporting to Chief Audit Executive of group internal audit.  Provide independent, objective and reasonable assurance to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee on the system of IT internal controls.  Planning and execute risk-based audit to cover the technology environment of ALJ Group based on COBIT framework spanning the applications environment, cybersecurity, IT strategic planning, IT governance, IT risk management, IT Projects, digital transformation projects, IT operations and business continuity.  Communicate the result of fair-minded and balanced assessment of all relevant facts to senior management including control weaknesses, associated risks, recommended corrective actions, line management responses and action plans.  Project management review of the largest SAP implementation and business transformation initiative in the automotive sector.  SAP ERP post-implementation review.  Follow-up to monitor and ensure that management actions have been effectively implemented.  Conduct ad-hoc audit, fraud detection, investigations and consultancy assignments requested by senior management.  Review of IT policies and procedure proposals before ratification by senior management.  Oracle e-business suite audit.  Using CAAT (Computer-Assisted Audit Technique) tools for data integrity review and data analysis.  Implement and administrate TeamMate audit management system.

• Job Details: Provided BDO clients with IT Control Assurance and Risk Assessment services as part of and in support of the audit of the financial statements. The primary objective is to obtain reasonable audit assurance as to the effectiveness of controls over relevant information systems for the audit under the BDO Audit Methodology.  Lead IT Audit team.  Prepare risk assessment, audit scopes, report findings, and recommendations for improving the IT control environment of the clients.  Providing IT Consultancy services to BDO clients.  Supervise the internal IT activities in the firm including- - Creation & maintenance of internal IT policies & procedures. - Setup IT infrastructure including network, domain controllers, active directory, DB servers, firewall … etc - Implementation of BDO audit management system, timesheet system, and accounting system.
