*Led the Information Technology team in the migration of Microsoft Exchange to Microsoft Office365 *Being pioneer to implement the VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) technology for Citystars Hotels, by replacing the old legacy PCs with VDI clients and built a strong back-end of virtual servers to have all the user’s data and operating systems as well in virtual farm, which supported the BYOD technology for Citystars as well made a huge saving in CAPEX worth 50k$. *Successfully managed changes to the entire infrastructure inside the three hotels at Citystars to be PCI DSS Compliant. *Revaluating the Microsoft License agreement for Citystars hotels and determining the actual needs for the hotels which led to changing the agreement plan from Enterprise to CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) which made a huge saving in Operational expenses with total annual value 80K$.
