Technical Voice Access SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Service delivery manager for all access nodes for both E/// & Huawei nodes and work as interface with Vendors regarding the relevant BSS issues. • S/W road map handler for both E/// & Huawei nodes as below : * Responsible for handling the loading of planned and needed S/W correstions & upgrades and following up with the supplier regarding any related issues as below : - Ensure applying technical quality standards during implementation. - Ensure absence of major impact on network by applying proper testing activities - Providing accurate technical and statistical reports for all projects’status. • 2nd line support for BSS nodes (BSC, RNC, 2G sites, 3G sites) for both E/// and Huawei as follows : * Solving the escalated technical problems from NMC front office (FO) & Back office (BO) teams. * Responsible for Workorders Implementation for Implementing the network changes sent from Radio and Core networks departments as below : - Sharing in day to day changes for voice nodes. - Ensure following change management process, KPIs & SLA. - Ensure applying technical quality standards during implementation with minimal fault. - Ensure absence of major impact on network by applying proper testing after changes. - Providing accurate technical and statistical reports for all applied changes. • Project Management handling as below : - Ensure adherence to standard technical procedures while implementa-tion. - Ensure system fault free after implementation. - Ensure absence of major impact on network by applying proper testing after activities. - Providing accurate technical and statistical reports for all applied changes. • Other responsibilities: - Enhancing technical processes with all stakeholders. - Preparing all related business schedules (ex. On call schedule, ….). - Attending daily Network incident daily review upon pre-set schedule. - Having periodic meetings with all voice network projects stakeholders for complete business alignment. - Manage to have proper and clear SLAs with all stakeholders. - Providing all needed schedules for voice projects and changes activities on weekly and monthly bases. - Full awareness with function and department business strategy. - Initiating ideas for facilitating work and saving time and effort. - Issuing a monthly status report for all special assigned responsibili-ties/projects. - Update internal tracking sheets.
