• Job Details:Credit Operations- Processing Administrator •Maintaining the One-Off limits to the outstanding level. •Maintaining of EIBOR rates on daily basis. •Preparing and Posting Facility Record Sheets in the Public Folders. •Preparing Mortgages letters •Feeding / maintaining of credit limits for various CBU’s, Real Estate and Investment Customers in AS 400 system. •Maintaining customer’s grades, analysis codes account officers codes in AS400 system based on terms of approvals. •Maintenance of Overdraft facility (T+5) as per approvals •Deal Link & De-Link of Investment Term Deposit for SOD •Updating of Central Risk Bureau Reporting for additions and deletions for corporate, Real Estate, Investment, Retail and SME •Generating reports from central bank •Preparation various follow up reports on monthly basis to communicate various business stake holders •Proper maintenance of daily reports date (CR-70/JRC). •Preparation of Balance confirmation to corporate clients & maintenance of daily MI •Preparation of Inward and Outward status reports •Handling the Prospect Management database and obtaining the various SLG Marketing Clearances for the Corporate, SME, IBRE & INV Prospect customers. •Preparation of monthly SLG Prospect Analysis Report for Corporate Customers. •Coordinating with relevant Team for forwarding SLG related files to INFORT on periodic basis. •Assisting Credit Managers for various SLG Reports & GCD comments. •Preparing of processing fees vouchers to be recovered from CBU’s customers as per approvals. •Updating CBRB on monthly basis •Capable of using search tools, browsers and also email features; attaching files to correspondence, utilizing tracking and management features, including the CRM ,VISION PLUS , BASE 24 ,FINNONE, Track Soft ,AS400 ,CIF ,Webform, SLG , CBRB and Embounce system
