• Job Details: Managing and leading the PMO, Technical (BA, Development, UI/UX, & QC), QA, IT, and HR departments.  Participate in preparing the company strategy and objectives.  Prepare the strategy, objectives, and annual plans of the different departments (PMO, Technical, IT, & HR) and ensure these objectives and plans are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.  Monitor & control the implementation of the stated strategy, objectives & plans and adjust accordingly.  Prepare & design the project management processes and state the suitable standards and methodologies to follow in assistance with the PMO team to achieve the department objectives.  Prepare & design the production processes and state the suitable technical standards to follow in assistance with the technical team to achieve the department objectives.  Prepare & design the HR processes in assistance with the HR team to achieve the department objectives.  Prepare & design the IT processes in assistance with the IT team to achieve the department objectives.  Monitor and analyze the results of the different processes then design & implement improvements to achieve higher productivity and better efficiency.  Monitor and control customers’ requests from initial request through demand management and for approved concepts to program/project delivery.  Assess and improve the health of programs/projects.  Assess and improve the effectiveness of portfolio management and demand management processes.  Facilitate dependency management across the different programs/projects.  Assist project managers in planning their projects.  Distribute and allocate resources among different programs/projects.  Ensure quality control processes are followed efficiently and the projects outcomes conform to the company’s standards.  Maintain healthy relationships with clients.  Follow up new sales opportunities with the sales team.  Follow up the collections of delivered milestones/projects in assistance with the financial department.  Analyze the overall performance of the company’s operations and adjust accordingly.

Service Delivery ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Prepare the strategy and annual plan of the technical department and ensure it is aligned with the company’s overall strategy, including the resources plan, used technologies, and market requirements.  Implement the strategy and annual plan of the department.  Monitor & control the implementation of the stated strategy & plan and adjust accordingly.  Conduct recruitment activities in assistance with the HR team to fulfil the department needs.  Prepare & design the production process and state the suitable technical standards to follow.  Monitor and measure the results of the production process then design & implement process improvements to achieve higher productivity.  Design & architect reusable templates, technical components & modules to achieve higher productivity.  Mange and lead the technical staff to achieve the plans & strategies stated for the department.  Conduct Business & Technical analysis for the potential & awarded projects.  Prepare technical proposals & Conduct technical presentations to clients.  Initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control, and close projects.  Ensure quality control processes are followed efficiently and the projects outcomes conform to the company’s standards.  Maintain healthy relationships with clients.  Assisting the technical team in their design and development tasks when needed.

Software Development ManagerFull Time
