• Job Details:Manage and lead a team of 3 HSE supervisors across Upper Egypt to ensure implementation and follow up of HSE management system. Influence internal customers and other HSE teams to ensure KPIs are met. Plan, manage and influence the health and safety budget, controlling and minimizing cost, and adding value across the region; ensure appropriate risk assessments are conducted and follow-up on plans being implemented in each functional area to eliminate/minimize accidents, asset losses; develop and rollout a driving safety handbook; effectively communicate, guide and educate site safety supervisors with health and safety requirements through regular messages, newsletters, handbooks, brochures, flyers; lead and follow up and ensure closure of incident investigations.

Senior QHSE Specialist - Acting QHSE Manager

• Job Details:Manage QHSE risks and requirements for over two hundred employees and contractors on day to day operation. Develop several QHSE policies and procedures. Develop country QHSE plan & objectives. Develop location and contractor’s KPI. Develop and facilitate implementation of country emergency response plans. Develop QHSE audit plans. Develop managers’ awareness and ensure quality and HSE are an integral part of line management responsibilities and objectives. Advise management on the level of compliance of the local QHSE program with Sapesco, local and national requirements/regulations of the country. Actively monitor & follow-up on QHSE reports and facilitate safety meetings, quality and HSE audits. Support line management in investigations of failures and accidents. Develop and maintain a high level of awareness among all personnel through communications, training, and promoting active involvement of employees in quality and HSE. Analyze quality and HSE trends for the location.
