• Job Details:• Responsible for the Branches accounts of the company (CAI, SSH, HRG, LXR, ASW) • Responsible for Banks treatments, Deposits, withdraws, Bank Statements in (C.I.B, Credit Agricole , Al watany Bank) • Accounting on "oracle" system • Maintain Branches files • Aviation Accounts • Book keeping • Prepare billings and reconciliations • Prepare letters of guarantee • Produce the regular monthly financial reports to the financial manager and the higher management. • Monitor actual monthly expenditures against budget and take recommend appropriate action to deal with any adverse budget variances. • Participate in preparing the yearend financial statements (Balance Sheet, trial balance, Income Statement, and Cash flows Statement). • Cashier Accountant. (Incoming and outgoing).
