• Job Details:* Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision. * Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping * Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals. * Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyse, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention. * Work in conjunction with other departments to manage the product ordering, inventory control and distribution activities throughout the warehouse. * Participate in implementing fully integrated ERP Warehouse management system. * Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security. * Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system. * Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies. * Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results. * Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc). * Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.

• Job Details:* Responsible for managing strategic and operational planning of warehouse operations. * Root cause analysis and problem resolution for all warehouses operations * Manage the relations with all internal and external partners for daily operational activities * Manage, prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary. * Selects and hires employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. * Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. * Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. * Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. * Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. * Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. * Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. * Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. * Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. * Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. * Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
