• Job Details:•Leading Engineering Team with Liaising to other Dept. •Prepares timing plans, co-ordinates the activities necessary to ensure the successful introduction of new products.. •Prepares and evaluates the full implications of changes and implements the changes that are required. •Ensure compliance with the relevant company and customer Quality regulations, customer specifications and procedures. •Liaise with Land Rover, Egypt and UK teams to guarantee continuous progress of project phases till the launch of volume production. •Set and identify the overall and Detailed Projects Planning, Man Resources Planning, Equipment & Facilities Resources. •Set the criteria and selection for staff and subordinates, Identify their current Skills and Competences and set the needed plans how to improve and upgrade in line with the Business.

Production ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:•Responsible of all production activities for Land Rover Freelander , for Cummins engines wiring harnesses and all Land Rover aftermarket calls (Discovery, Freelander, Defender …. etc) wiring harnesses. •Develop and implement production plans timeously. •Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets as per schedule. •Set objectives, prioritize and allocate resources to meet objectives. •Monitor and control expenditure to set budgets. •Organize, manage and control WIP stock and inventory level checks. •Ensure correct usage of parts and materials. •Manage and utilize subordinates to ensure that quality and quantity objectives are achieved. •Create an environment which encourages team development and maintains trust and honesty. •Guide subordinates to achieve overall objectives and maximizes performance. •Create an environment which encourages participation in decision-making. •Assist and support line management in problem solving. •Monitor and control product liability and safety.

Process EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:•Generating the project time plan & allocating needed resources as per the time plan. •Providing direct technical support during the production process. •Developing procedures to ensure meeting the production targets with minimal cost & waste. •Validate & design production facilities lay-outs to optimize production flow. •Development & Implementation of failure mode and effects analysis techniques (FMEA).
