• Job Details:GBS is partner of Epicor|Scala in Egypt since December 2005 up till present date, working as a Technical Consultant/Manager. Involved in several local projects, has a good experience in iScala in a wide range of areas including: Finance, Logistics, MPC, Service Management and Payroll my duties are as follows:- o On-site and remote implementation of iScala ERP application o Consult with customers on business process improvements o Create and maintain positive customer relationships o Follow-up & execute the implementation plans o Analyzes customer reported problems and reports to appropriate channels problem areas in products. o Collects and analyzes business and accounting requirements o Works with development team in testing and implementing new product features and customization as well. o Aids customer in implementation issues and final results verification through continuously revising and adjusting customer business processes, data inputs, management reporting requirements, and system usage. o Ensure that users are running their systems with high performance according to standards.
