- Job Details:Manage different types of campaigns – direct, programmatic guaranteed, preferred deals & open auction using different revenue model – CPM, CPV & CPC. Setting up different types of ad formats – display, video, in-app & native. Direct campaign – check BO’s to ensure all necessary information is provided. Validate creative to ensure they meet the specification – JPEG, 3rd party, VAST tags, MP4, etc. Revert to agency/clients for missing information and creatives. Programmatic campaign - create proposal for programmatic campaigns and coordinate with agencies for buyer ID/seat ID, budget, CPM rates, geo’s and KPI’s. In case of publisher managed creative perform a creative specification check. Setup campaign in GAM 360 as per the BO. Perform quality check on all campaigns to ensure the campaign settings are accurate. Provide screenshots and reports to clients/agency post campaign is live. Set reminders in calendar for campaigns going live on future dates. Monitor campaign on daily basis to ensure there are on track and meeting the KPI’s. Optimize campaign on daily basis to ensure there is no under-delivery or over-delivery. For under-delivery add more quality inventory, increase the priority & pacing, in case there is any frequency capping applied request the client to increase the frequency of impressions or remove frequency capping completely. Manage day to day campaigns, ensure they deliver in full and meet the agreed KPI’s. Troubleshoot campaigns for discrepancy issues if the discrepancy is more than 10% to 15%. Also, troubleshoot if ads are not displaying on the website or there is no tracking in the adserver. Daily campaign monitoring to ensure there are no over/under deliveries and campaign delivery is on track. Flag AM/sales for these campaigns. Optimize campaign in case of over/under delivery. Send end of campaigns report. Provide adhoc reports as per clients’ request. Participate in training and client calls. Keep track of all assigned campaigns along with the status – completed, WIP and awaiting confirmation (assets, questions, approval).
