- Job Details:Quality Control & Food Safety ▪︎Receiving Inspect packaging and wrapping materials, chemicals, and raw materials. ▪︎Water Analysis Monitor and perform water analysis for pH, TDC, total chlorine, free chlorine, sulfate, and nitrogen. ▪︎Raw Material Preparation Monitor and prepare raw materials. Release final beverage. ▪︎ CIP and Sanitation Monitor CIP (Cleaning in Place) and take swab samples after sterilization. ▪︎Temperature Monitoring Monitor the temperatures of refrigerators. ▪︎ Warehouse and Production Monitoring Monitor warehouses and production for cleanliness, disinfection, temperature, and humidity. ▪︎ GMP Compliance Monitor production, packaging, and storage according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). ▪︎Product Inspection Inspect packaged products (crusher, filler) and perform necessary tests at startup and every half hour. ▪︎CCP Monitoring Monitor production at CCP (Critical Control Points) including: Explosion wall Pasteurization X-Ray ▪︎Product Adjustment Monitor production and adjust product on the crusher at the beginning and end of production. ▪︎Retention Samples Collect retention samples periodically according to the quantity packaged. ▪︎Worker Hygiene Monitor worker hygiene and cleanliness of the hygiene room. ▪︎Pest Control Monitor the pest control program.

▪︎On 29 March 2022 we participated in the RWAQ Cairo Business Incubator competition and attended a business incubation training camp until 18 April 2022. On Demo Day, we presented both projects , Vegan meat and SteviaNix ▪︎On 9 March 2022 we participated in the Hult Prize competition with the Vegan meat project, which produces a substitute for red meat that is low in fat, cholesterol-free, and affordable for vegetarians and all categories except those with gluten allergies ▪︎On World Food Day, 23 October 2021 we won second place in the FAOJECT competition, organized by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, ( FAO ) for our SteviaNix project, which is a local natural production of stevia plants ▪︎On 28 December 2020 we participated in the Hult Prize competition. We won second place at the University of Zagazig for our SteviaNix project, which is a local natural production of stevia plants that is calorie -free and beneficial for diabetics.
