• Job Details:- Full responsibility for all IT activities, including TOS, OCR, Applications Development and Infrastructure. - Key contact for terminal business regarding local demand and ensuring adequate IT service delivery, IT business partnering and IT operations management. - Responsible for the IT strategic goals, IT Security policies and procedures including SOPs and instructions. - Participates as steering committee member for new projects, initiatives, and in defining project management strategies including timely deliverables of project plans. Projects and Achievements : Mega Project "October Dry Port" Headway Progression - Leading and supervising the IT Projects from scratch till the Port Terminal opening and then operation including: - Various port systems including TOS (Terminal Operating System),TOS billing, Truck and Train OCR (Optical Character Recognition), Honeywell LXE vehicle mounted terminal (VMT) and Online Tracking System. - IT Infrastructure projects (Passive and Active components) including (Fiber and copper connection, Network switches, routers, Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco VOIP, Cisco indoor wireless, Altai's outdoor wireless, Hikzivion indoor and outdoor cameras and access control, TETRA Radio System). - IT Applications, Databases (Oracle and SQL), Dashboards report and Port Automation. - IT Data center (Dell EMC Power Store, Power Protect, Data Domain, Avamar Backup & Dell Servers). - Office 365 and Cloud management.

• Job Details:- Leading a team of geographically dispersed resources to deliver technology projects on time and within budget for the domain and geography for which they have responsibility. - Maintaining end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence within specific service line. - Work with teams to determine necessary activities to successfully deliver projects throughout the given service line or function. - Ensure that the right type and number of resources that are required to fulfill the planned projects are available and in place through cooperation with Resource Planners. - Delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence by identifying opportunities (or issues) and assisting with speedy resolution. - Own and lead the execution of the process development and improvement roadmap for multiple ITIL processes to improve alignment and business outcomes.
