Studying all customers claims and introducing solutions for these claims either in the customer workshops or by introducing modifications on our production processes to solve customers problems and to meet customer specifications. By implementation the previously –mentioned processes in quality control we reduced the defected materials by 70-90% and we also reduced the return to be less than 1% of the total sales which is considered exceptional in this kind of industry. All the previously mentioned experiences cover all the following products and processes: 1. Bi-axially oriented polypropylene film 2. Cast polypropylene film. 3. Cast polyethylene film. 4. Metallization of polypropylene film. 5. Polyethylene shrink and stretch films. 6. Polyurethane foam. 7. polyurethane adhesives. 8. Sheets for lining of tunnels. 9. Metallization of polyester and high density polyethylene films in addition to bi oriented BOPP. 10. Rotogravure and flexo printing of plastic films Extrusion coating in Flexographic and Rotogravure printing on plastic Film, water and solvent based ink and adhesive lamination.
