• Job Details: Starting the company in Egypt from scratch,participating in the construction phase, machine and plant layouts and installations and fully involved in all regulatory affairs concerning safety,quality,construction and environment.  Responsible for ISO system implementation and communication with all certification bodies internationally or locally.  Implementation of the quality department and quality system after benchmarking with several Alcoa companies all over the world.  Recruiting and staffing all qulity and production staffs.  Making the training program for the newly appointed process engineers,technicians and operators.  Installation of all laboratory instruments and all machines related to the in process tests and inspection.  Making all the quality control SOPs for raw material tests and analysis, work in process,and final products tests and verifications.  Participating in setting the specifications of raw materials and final products specifications.  Setting all operating parameters for the production machines and monitoring the processes performance throughout all production stages till the final products.  Analysis and solving production problems whether in the factory or within the customer shopfloor aiming at achieving cost reduction and making profits.  Participation in customer service and achieving customer satisfaction through quality and costs control.  I have reduced the percentage of complaints and the rejected products to less than the international standards in this company and all other company through the application of quality improvement methodology.  Application of statistical process control ( SPC) over all production processes in addidition to all other supporting processes within the company.  Follow up the product validation with the end users and making the suitable documentation for the validity processes.  Implementation of the following quality systems (QMS) and environmental system (EMS) in addition to the following quality tools:  ISO 9001:2000  ISO 14001:1996 and shifting for ISO 14001:2004  ISO 17025 for calibration laboratories.  OHSAS 18001 for occupational health and safety.  FMEA  GMP  Six sigma  Statistical process control ( SPC)  Leading the company in customer audits which have been carried out by professional international auditors.  Making research and development for introducing new and local raw materials and performing all validation processes for that.  Implementation of safety and health system according to Alcoa standards,OSHA and OHSAS 18001 in addition to the environmental system according to ISO 14001.  Participating in production of new products in the Egyptian market through market research and processes design and validation.
