1. Plans, leads and directs all the activities of the major functional areas, namely: warehouse operations and materials distribution, inventory planning and control and property management and control. 2. Oversees the operations of the four major regional business unit warehouses and 14 satellite district storerooms and stockyards which are strategically located all over Kuwait. 3. Develops logistics and support plans for day-to-day Head Office and Regional Business Unit (RBU) operations GCC. 4. Prepares material deployment timelines and budget for new and existing projects. 5. Formulates methodologies and tools to execute efficiently the logistics programs and to safeguard effectively the company’s inventory of materials and fixed assets. 6. Prepares the department’s annual manpower, operating expense and capital expenditures budget. 7. Regularly develops new systems and cost-effective policies and procedures on warehouse operations, inventory management and fixed asset monitor
