Senior Cost Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Project: Maghagha Hospital, Maghagha Health Units- Maghagha- Minya Job title: Senior Cost Control Engineer Responsibilities: • Review project files (contract, drawings, specifications, BOQ, and cost estimation) • Cost control for committed costs (purchase requests and sub-contracts) and actual costs (material, manpower, equipment, invoices, and petty cash) according to the budget through Redcon's Oracle ERP system. • Collecting all data needed from all stakeholders (project manager, accountant, store Keepers, site engineers, technical office department and HR). • Generate project monthly cost reports (global cost report including detailed and summary actual costs, cost variances, CPI, and Gp). • Prepare waste reports according to the materials' consumptions rate. • Create EAC report for BOQ items and prepare forecasting for actual costs, GP, and CPI. • Monitor and analyze variances at cost and suggest corrective actions. • Clarification of critical issues related to variances and material waste to the project manager and upper management. • Create norms and item breakdowns that may use in future projects.

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: 1) Review project files (contract,specifications, drawings, and productivity rates). 2) QS for all items. 3) Prepare all shop drawings needed for execution. 4) Review cost estimation for the project. 5) Cost control for all items in the project.

Site Civil EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Project:Cathedral of birth of christ-The New Capital Main Consultant: ACE CONSULTING ENGINEERS MOHARRAM.BAKHOUM Responsibilities: - Following up finishing works for the entrances.
