• Job Details:• Responsible for generating over 200 work orders every month with developed job plans that consisted of detailed tasks and cost estimates for maintenance work (corrective, preventive, inspection requirements, start outage/unit shutdown) including number and type of crafts man-hour estimates, materials, special tools/ equipment. • Worked on project for introducing HSE Maximo in (Planning module / Safety application) to the company for the first time. • Asset management implementation including assigning location tags on Simultaneous Operations screen on Maximo software which makes monitoring and tracking permits for operation and HSE departments much easier. • Planning and Scheduling shutdowns and Turnarounds on primavera starting with defining WBSs, Activities, Assigning Resources and Activity codes. (my last project was hydro static and pop test on the utility plant water tube boiler).
