• Job Details:I worked in this company as QC Engineer. I worked as third part in many projects. I made ITP (inspection testing plan ) with contractor and consultant according to codes and WPS. And in this We agreed on the tests that will take place. For frist in any project I received material by MTC (material testing Certificate) and we took a samples to Lab for making DT (destructive test ) and I been witness for this tests. If this samples Compatible with MTC ,we will make MRR (material receiving report) .And if samples Isn't compatible with MTC ,we will make NCR (Non conformance report ). And then I received welding and fabrication drawing. I traceability of cutting and fitting and welding according to drawing.Then I made tests such as dimension test,VT (visual test), PT (Penetrate Liquid test), MT (Magnetic particles testing) UT (Ultrasonic Test) and RT (Radiographic Test) according to ITP and welding drawing.
