• Job Details:DR (Defect Return) Unit Quality Engineer which responsible for : • Responsible for repair short completion lead time, and high repair quality. • Working on decrease Cycle time and touch time for returns inspection process. • Manage spare parts warehouse and ensure stock counting accuracy. • Work cross functionally with other company departments to ensure best service quality. • Planning to decrease waste and defects rate, Monitor and report products quality trend. • Analyze the problem and define the root causes of the problem. • Managing and Monitoring operators and technicians productivity. • Manage directs dealer returns and grading. • Developing quality procedures and systems for inspecting plans and quality trends.

Quality Team LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:team leader is responsible for 4 sub teams: 1. OQC Team: •Planning to decrease waste and defects rate. •Sampling; take samples from produced units for inspection. •Analyze the problem and define the root causes of the problem •Apply the 5S. •Managing and Monitoring operators and workers 2. QP Team: • Apply production lines Patrol including 5S and production process. • Make audit to the suppliers. • Planning and preparations for any external Audit. 3. Quality innovation Team: • Working on decrease Cycle time and touch time for each process. • Training for operators in case of mistakes. • Workshops for operators. 4. IQC Team: • Implement process controls and tests linked to data and working sheets. • Sampling: take samples from the products for inspection. • Sending claims for customers in case of finding defects.
