• Job Details:• Plan ahead material Requisitions and needs. • Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all Electrical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules. • Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs. • Plans the execution of all Electrical related works and coordinates the works to Mechanical and civil groups. • Submit site daily reports, inspection requests IR, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required. • Monitor project status and development to meet project deadlines • Supervise the electrical/mechanical contractors to follow up work progress and ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions and time schedule • Inspect and approve the completion of electrical/mechanical works as per design documents • Conceptualize priorities of tasks in coordination with project manager and other parties • Review, modify and initially approval of As-Built drawings before submit them to technical office for final approval • Have an Knowledge about the different electrical engineering and installation fields (Cable laying, earthing, panels, Fire alarm, CCTV, Structure cabling system, Sound system, …etc). • Quantity survey, shop drawing preparation and as built using AutoCAD.
