• Job Details:As a Quality Control Engineer and Software Tester at Huawei, I play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of telecom systems deployed for Telecom Egypt BES Project. My responsibilities include conducting various testing activities such as sanity testing, smoke testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across BSS, Ecare systems. I am actively involved in analyzing system behavior, validating Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) received from headquarters, and writing ATPs tailored to project requirements. Additionally, I perform API testing to ensure seamless integration between systems and verify their functionality. Collaboration is central to my role, as I work closely with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions. I also contribute to ongoing enhancements by documenting observations, providing insights for improvements, and ensuring compliance with project standards and client expectations. My role demands a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM), effective communication skills, and technical expertise in databases, networking, and software testing practices.
