• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Interacting with the customer, addressing their inquiries, and delivering promised quality services. • Helping with and resolving any customer complaints within company’s guidelines and policies. • Accessing customer’s account with highly needed privacy especially when dealing with their bank information. • Being able to handle an upset or an abusive customer with the needed care as the customer might sue the company if he was dealt with an disrespect even if he is an abusive customer. • Adapting with different cultures with ease ( Ireland, Canada, USA, and Egypt).
