• Job Details:Managing a project consisting of a variety of finished and semi-finished units ranging from villas to chalets, townhouses, and twin houses – all with water views, luxurious hotels, boutique hotels, food and beverage outlets, shopping malls as well as residential units. Monitoring and overseeing the construction process to ensure that the project is completed within budget and on time. Hiring and managing subcontractors, engineers, and architects. Developing and managing the project timeline and budget. Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation plans. Communicating progress to stakeholders, clients, and other interested parties. Resolving conflicts between workers or subcontractors. Ensuring safety protocols are followed. Coordinating with other departments or divisions. Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Following up all construction activities for all departments directly to ensure required quality. Preparing reports for top managers and CEO.
