• Job Details:ARAMEX - International Operation Team Leader Responsible of the Following:  Forward all the shipments to the final destinations  Follow-up with Operations, Customers and destinations .  Review the shipments before it’s forwarding .  Timely arrange to forward the flights to air ports according to the flights cut of time.  Visiting Customer offices.  Preparation of Reports  Checking the operation audit.  Generation of Air lines Statements  Preparation of the shipments packing.  Follow-up the hold shipments which need special service and special needs.  Follow up with the air lines to get little prices  Follow up with the air line to know the flights time  Preparation of reports of my stuff tasks and plans.  Make a plane to my coming quarter.  Maintaining file of cases which happened with the Air lines.  Reviewing the Air line statements.  Make sure to pass the monthly audit From 10th of Sep. 2005 ARAMEX –INTERNATIONAL Senior Accountant Responsible of the Following:  Issue the customer invoices  Issue the customers debit notes  Review the customers quotations  Review the reports ( Uninvoiced report , Monthly production report and so on)  working on a team work spirit  Analyzing Cash Flow problems and cash reconciliations  Date entry for the collection receipts  Preparing reports ( accounting reports )  Lead my team ( invoicing team ) to work professionally  Auditing the invoices quality  Review the invoices  Review the productions.  Receiving Cash For Banks.  Preparing incoming & outgoing cash .  Monitor the ACP & APP  Handling supplier payments  Handling agents and stations reconciliations  Reconcile the freight revenue , cost and GP .
