• Job Details:- Study and understand the project documents (drawings, specifications and BOQs). - Review and evaluate the technical submittals to ensure that they comply with the project specs and documents. - Prepare the technical submittals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. - Prepare the quantities breakdown analysis, price lists, cost calculations. - Contract for electromechanical works for project. - Manage quantity surveying and change orders of the project. - Coordinate between electromechanical works and the other works in the project. - Prepare all requests for need of the project materials and contact with the procurement department of the company. - Follow up materials usage in the project and compare it to the averages of quantity surveyed. - Review order to pay for subcontractors invoices. - Check the quality of work executed and deliver it to the consultant by inspection requests. - conduct quantity surveying for all executed work in the project and ensure its approvals by the consultant according to BOQ. - Supervise the installation of the station until the initial handover to the owner. - Supervise the avoidance of all notes the initial handover of the project until the final handover of the project.
