• Job Details:Draft and review legal letters, contracts, and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested. • Represent the Company at Arbitration and legal disputes in the courts and official bodies • Following the legal proceedings filed by the company or against it and make sure to take appropriate legal procedures to preserve the rights of the company and achieve its objectives. • Review the drafting of contracts and agreements concluded between the company and others to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and decisions in force to ensure the rights of the company before signing from the departments concerned. • Take legal action relating to the collection of the company's receivables with third parties.
