Reviewing the documentation process, distributing documents, and executing expired documents. 16. Planning and organizing internal audit operations. 17. Forming and training a team of internal quality auditors from different departments. 18. Overseeing and implementing the internal quality audit plan. 19. Follow up on closing points of non-conformity and measure the effectiveness of corrective measures. 20. Coordinating the development of training needs for workers with regard to quality. 21. Develop an internal/external training plan. 22. Participate in the implementation of the internal quality training plan. 23. Measuring the performance of the effectiveness of the external/internal training process. 24. Design and review the process of measuring customer satisfaction and receiving complaints. 25. Sharing the results of the process of measuring customer satisfaction / customer complaints with the senior management and the concerned departments. 26. Develop action plans with the concerned departments to address the causes of complaints. 27. Develop action plans to monitor the work of suppliers/agents. 28. Periodic analysis of suppliers / agents' work performance. 29. Develop and implement audit plans to monitor the management of the work of approved suppliers / agents. 30. Performing a graphic analysis to follow up the performance of the work of suppliers and agents for presentation to senior management 31. Coordinating to hold a quarterly senior management review meeting. 32. Preparing audit inputs (the position of risk and opportunity action plans, quality objectives, changes in the management system, complaints and customer satisfaction, etc.). 33. Presentation of the report to senior management and discussion in order to formulate appropriate action plans. 34. Follow-up action plans to implement and approve the continuous improvement of the quality system. 35. Coordinating the attendance of ISO certification companies to renew the ISO certification. 36. Follow up the results of external audits with all departments until the necessary corrective actions are taken to close the observations discovered during the audit. 37. Submit the necessary reports to the representative of the senior management for quality within the required time frame. 38. Completion of any assignments from the direct manager within the required time frame.

• Job Details:AFAQ Consultancy, Certification and Inspection (2022) - Maintenance, update and internal audit of the internal management system based on the accreditation requirements and according to the requirements of the relevant standards (ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 & ISO/TS 22003:2013) and the mandatory & informative IAF documents. - Conducting the gap analysis audit with regard to the QMS according to the requirements of the international standard (ISO 9001:2015) in the scope of medical testing laboratories (code 38), and with regard to the integrated management system (QMS/FSMS/EMS/OHSMS) according to the requirements of the international standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) in the scope of food manufacturing (code 3/category CIV).
