Develop an internal/external training plan. 22. Participate in the implementation of the internal quality training plan. 23. Measuring the performance of the effectiveness of the external/internal training process. 24. Design and review the process of measuring customer satisfaction and receiving complaints. 25. Preparing audit inputs (the position of risk and opportunity action plans, quality objectives, changes in the management system, complaints and customer satisfaction, etc.). 33. Presentation of the report to senior management and discussion in order to formulate appropriate action plans. 34. Follow-up action plans to implement and approve the continuous improvement of the quality system. 35. Coordinating the attendance of ISO certification companies to renew the ISO certification. 36. Follow up the results of external audits with all departments until the necessary corrective actions are taken to close the observations discovered during the audit. 37. Submit the necessary reports to the representative of the senior management for quality within the required time frame. 38. Completion of any assignments from the direct manager within the required time frame.
