• Job Details:- Reviewing the final product in terms of weight and quality, and making follow-up reports for the product periodically every hour. - Reviewing the sticker data in terms of writing and product classification and matching it with the product inside the package before approving it. Follow up on product organization on pallets. - Make an inventory of the damaged and lumps, clarifying the quantity and recording it with a statement of the reason for rejection. - In the event of changing the color, label or quality of production on any machine, I follow up the machine until it produces a product that conforms to the required specifications, then I make a report on the start of a product’s operation, in which I acknowledge the quality approval of the product and stamp it with the quality seal. - Ensure that the standard sample of the product is available and that the product conforms to the signed sample of quality. - The quality controller is responsible for following up on the product and ensuring its validity and compliance with the required specifications. - Stamping the final product that the worker inspected after making sure of its validity and stamping and signing the inspected product himself. - Seal the cartons containing the final product after making sure of their validity (type - number - specification - validity of the carton).
