• Job Details:IT Support Engineer Canal Sugar Inc. Key responsibilities − administer user accounts and permissions in active directory. − monitor system performance and ensure the availability of IT resources. − provide technical assistance to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues. − install, configure, and maintain computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers. − provide remote assistance to users who are not physically present in the office. − work as part of a team on IT infrastructure project. − working with Hikvision, Honeywell, PTZ cams and manage them by Hikvision IVMS & HikCentral. − create PRs, SPOs and SES for IT requirements in SAP ERP system.
