• Job Details:Responsibilities are Reporting to the IT Director. Manage the implementation, changes excursions of the Infrastructure including LAN/WAN connectivity, Systems and application servers, storage, database administration, access management, data center, Disaster recover, availability firewall and Internet tools and appliances. Lead the “Information technology’s security management activities” to protect the interests of all company users who are relying on information in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability. Tasks ,Duties and Responsibilities: Staff Management: Manage the staff and equipment that handles switching, routing, and perimeter devices (firewalls, Email), physical and virtual servers, Storage, backups and disaster recovery. Vendor Management: Establish strong partnerships with those vendors to set clear expectation, negotiating access agreements and establish service level agreements, ensure that the contracts are in place to support the services provided by the Infrastructure team. Establish Standards and Procedures: Ensure that standards and procedures are in place for the work of my team, mitigate complexity by establishing standard ways of work that ensures the technical teams work together in a consistent manner. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor systems in place to be able to produce standard reports on the status of the infrastructure, communicate with the team to ensure that they are doing their work relates to the success of the organization. Infrastructure Software: Ensuring the right software and tools are in place to manage the infrastructure, monitoring device, OS patching and configuration management tools. Maintain & Protect company IT Security: Develop plans and perform security audits, monitor compliance, and perform risk and vulnerability assessments of company information systems, provide training and awareness of specific-security issues for various communities of the company, monitoring, devices, OS patching and configuration management tools. Assist in performing on-going security Assess information security risk periodically, conduct functionality, and gap analyses to determine the extent to which key business areas and infrastructure comply with statutory and regulatory requirements. Evaluate and recommend new information security technologies and counter-measures against threats to information or privacy. Monitoring of organization information Systems: Evaluation and compliance with security measures, Disaster Recovery and Emergency operating procedures, security Incident Response and process protocols including Incident Reporting and Sanctions. Oversighting and supervision of daily IT operation, such as: Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer and upgrade Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012 &2016 operating systems and Active Directory with all required server roles on assigned server. Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot and administer DNS Server. Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot and administer DHCP Server. Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot and administer WSUS Serve Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, manage users and upgrade for the e-mail Server. Maintaining backup and recovery procedures for E-mail Server. Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot and administer File Server. Create Shared Folders and assign permissions for each user. Create Quota and screen template for each folder by File Server Resource Manager. Maintaining backup and recovery procedures for File Server. Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer and Upgrade Kaspersky Server. Install Kaspersky Endpoint Security on All Workstation. Create KES Policies for All Workstation. Create KES tasks for All Workstation. Export Viruses reports from Kaspersky Server. Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer and upgrade Firewall Appliance. Manage Hardware consistence and Connectivity.
