• Job Details:Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project manager. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and estimators to develop accurate cost estimates for MEP services in projects. • Plan and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects to ensure their successful execution within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Conduct negotiations and finalize contractual agreements with clients, ensuring terms and conditions align with company objectives and profitability goals. • Review and analyze MEP design plans, shop drawings, specifications, and drawings for compliance with project requirements, local codes, and industry standards. Identify and resolve any design conflicts or issues. • Material and Equipment Procurement: Coordinate with the procurement department to source and procure MEP materials, equipment, and systems required for the project. Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. • Review subcontractor invoices for MEP services, ensuring accuracy, adherence to contract terms, and compliance with project milestones. • Prepare and submit accurate and timely invoices to clients for MEP services rendered, ensuring compliance with contract terms and billing schedules. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, change orders, variation orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other relevant records. • Track project progress against established schedules and milestones. Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project teams and stakeholders. • Identifying and addressing project risks and issues, including conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans. • Understand client requirements, project objectives, and constraints to provide tailored MEP solutions and value-added services.

Property & Community CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:- Monitors construction progress/status and provides the required site survey for inspecting the commercial/residential units to ensure the units’ handover on time. - Inspects, snags and de-snags the commercial/residential units during the construction process. - Handovers allocated units to clients upon nominated handover date. - Ensure the handover to clients is as per the sales contract agreement. - Receives and attends to queries from buyers/tenants and their consultants concerning unit specification, community/fit-out regulations. - Receives and reviews the Fit-out MEP design and proposals received from the tenants to ensure that it follows the community manual and Codes (NFPA, ASHRAE, .. etc). - Monitors fit-out activities for the handover commercial/residential units to ensure the fitting-out process have executed according to community regulations/manual and sales contract agreement. - Ensures the buyers/tenant have paid in full all their financial obligations prior to the handover.
