• Job Details:Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.  Collect invoices to be completed for payment and review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval.  Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files and type periodic reports and other records.  Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures and obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments.  Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and taking discounts when applicable) and Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers  Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures.  Preparation of accurate financial accounts and reports to comply with accounting principles and practices

Bank AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:Follow-up bank accounts and provide a statement of daily balances and cheques under collection.  Follow-up accounts of the current, facilities, interest due and commissions of the highest debt balance and registration of restrictions for these operations.  Review the open credits for the company in accordance with the terms of the contract with the client and process shipping documents.
