• Job Details:overseeing all aspects of ongoing projects. Ensuring all quality aspects with QC team and responsible for issuing IR on SAP system Liaising between consultancy companies (LA) and project management agencies on site (THALES) , coordinating and supervision on sub contractors as FRAPONT ( Spanish contractor specialist in wooden cladding ) I`m mainly responsible for coordinating all ongoing site tasks between our company and the Spanish company, as well as facilitating the jobs of the Spanish company's on-site representatives. Assigning tasks to subcontractors and reviewing their performance and finished work. Handling architectural provisions in projects like cladding, paint works, false ceiling, and flooring details. Ensuring all aspects of the project are executed with the utmost adherence to the highest quality standards and according to the implementation plan and agreed upon schedules. Handing over finished projects with each detailed provision to the consulting company.

Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:acting as zone manager for residential projects ( villas , penthouses , duplex , ) overseeing all aspects of ongoing projects. Full control for all the project items and coordinating between all team and sub contractors and controlling the project budget and Drafting material purchasing orders. ( ceramic tiles , marble , lighting fixtures ,..... else ) Assigning tasks to subcontractors and reviewing their performance and finished work. Handling architectural provisions in projects like cladding, paint works, false ceiling, and flooring details. Overseeing the installation of electrical and security systems. Ensuring all aspects of the project are executed with the utmost adherence to the highest quality standards and according to the implementation plan and agreed upon schedules.
