• Job Details:Prepared daily bank positions and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of charges and interest rates in accordance with agreed terms. • Managed treasury operations, establishing effective communication and coordination with banking partners. • Conducted comprehensive reviews of financial balance sheet accounts and bank reconciliations. • Maintained strong relationships with eight banks, managed and negotiated facility contracts. • Set up, implemented, and maintained an effective cash management mechanism. • Managed overdrafts and cash balances and supervised all treasury operational activities. • Prepared and presented various reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, assisting with month-end closing activities. • Accumulated cash management forecasting, preparing by EX. Cash in, EX. Cash out and current balances, that included every change in our resources. • Follow up all facilities bank term sheet, do all related procedures required from banks and update the cash flow as same as the actual transactions. • Follow up all deducted commissions related to (LCs) and (LGs) with banks. • Handling letters of Credit (LCs), and Bank guarantees (LGs).
