• Job Details:• Ensure that test results comply with product specifications and industry standards. • Conduct analysis and perform additional tests as per the product's Method of Analysis (MOA). • Conduct IPC sample analysis, including bulk identification, filling machine testing, and finished product evaluation, following the sampling plan and analysis request. • Perform raw material analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards. • Prepare chemical reagents and standards for laboratory testing. • Operate and calibrate analytical instruments, including Atomic Absorption, UV Spectrophotometer, TOC Analyzer, Hiac Particulate Counter, Polarimeter, Auto Titrator, pH Meter, and Conductivity Meter. • Conduct water quality analysis, including pH, total hardness, chlorine levels, TDS, and nitrate testing. • Maintain and update quality control documentation.
