• Medical/Life Insurance management - getting the best service with a high level of quality for all members with minimal cash outflow.
• Working closely with Legal Consultant office for all legal matters pertaining staff and workers.
• Statutory compliance/returns etc. – Preparing quarterly summary on statutory compliances and address issues proactively.
• Participation in Govt. bodies (build network with govt/ regulatory bodies)
• Support HR agenda for factories in Coordination with Factory HR SPOC.
• Creation of Harmonious IR Climate in factories enabling business needs.
• Safety coordination – for all 3 Factories (incl. Warehouses) and HO.
• Attends to and follow up an assignments as directed by the (DHR).
• Perform other job related duties as required.
