• Job Details:♣ Follow up & collection ♣ Prepares security deposit refund and deductions to maintenance & others ♣ System update and entries ♣ Prepare for WPS. ♣ Vat Filing ♣ Responsibility for payables and receivables. ♣ Check for Outstanding amount ♣ Preparing Bank/Supplier Reconsilition Statement. ♣ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report ♣ Prepare for profit and loss Account / Balance sheet. ♣ Co-ordinate with Customer to Update Daily Shipment Status ♣ Intermediate with Shipper and various Transportation agencies. ♣ Preparing Daily Status Report (DSR) ♣ Following the Import Promotion Copy ♣ Follow Up the Duty Drawback Payment ♣ Maintaining the Shipment Clearance Register and Documentation ♣ Handling both FCL / LCL Shipments ♣ Bill of Entry passing ♣ Prepare letter of credit document
