• Job Details:• Collaborate with senior management to create realistic work schedules for challenging tight construction projects. • Collaborate with senior planners for preparing extension of times, claims, and tender documents. • Develop recovery and revised programs. • Prepare required reports and presentations for both consultant and clients. • Coordinate with execution team for proper internal tracking and monitoring of project progress and updates at maximum efficiency. • Follow-up with construction team and sub-contractors on issues in early stages through efficient coordination and reporting to make sure project is on schedule avoiding possible delays. • Prepare internal reports for cross-function team members to ensure full understanding of progress and overall project status throughout all its’ phases.
