• Job Details:Provisioning, configuring, managing different servers and applications on data center with the team. ➢ Managing 50+ on-prem/cloud (Including Bare Metal / Hypervisor) Microsoft and opensource platform servers including major services like VMWare vSphere, Active Directory, File Service, Privilege Access Management (PAM), Proxy, IP Telephony and more ➢ Managing Pre-deployment, configuration, maintenance & upgrade of IT infrastructure including wireless controllers (WLC), NAS, routers, network switches & access points. ➢ Ensuring system security through NG Firewall and extended security applications. ➢ Provisioning appliances & maintaining 100+ IT equipment. ➢ Managing regular operation of Public Cloud Hosted solutions like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 mail collaboration, DNS Failover etc. ➢ Hosting, maintaining, and ensuring smooth operation of high voltage web applications service. ➢ Performing L1 DB administration for different on-prem and cloud applications. ➢ Ensuring regular system backup and security patching of 50+ servers and 30+ network equipment. ➢ Designing, implementing, and managing core IT infrastructure (HQ and Region) ➢ Enforcing both central & local IT policies for 1000+ users ➢ Investigating, diagnosing, and solving software and hardware faults of infrastructure ➢ Maintain a warm relationship with vendors to get the regular technology update.
