• Job Details:Projects Director SKAI Developments LLC Dubai, UAE As Director of Projects my role include the overall Development and Projects Management of SKAI Developments Portfolio of various 5 Stars Hotels and Residential Buildings in Dubai, with full control of Budget, Cost, Visibility Studies, Design, Tendering, Construction, Handing-over Process, and obtaining approvals from Local & National Authorities, for the following Projects: Viceroy Palm Hotel, Resort and Residential Complex - Dubai, UAE - AED 1,5 B Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah includes 479 large rooms and suites, and 222 signature Viceroy Residences all with breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea made possible by innovative architecture and design. The property will boast 10 of the world's best restaurants along with a gourmet market and bakery. It has over 800 square meters of wellness spa facilities. The resort have over 350 square meters of indoor fitness facilities and three separate outdoor swimming pools – a 106 meter pool for recreation, and the other two for relaxation and children. Suites in the SKAI Hotel and Residential Complex - Dubai, UAE - AED 1,3 billion 2 Projects each include 60 Floors Tower. Suites in the SKAI comprise 234 hotel rooms, 234 one and two bedroom apartments and 33 penthouses. Suites in the SKAI’s unique Tri Star wing structure allows for each room and apartment to incorporate a vast landscaped garden. Suites in the SKAI T1 include five dining venues hosted by world class chefs, including an all-day dining concept, a lobby café, pool bar and grill, sports bar and a rooftop specialty restaurant. • Job Details:SEEB Airport Terminal Building - Muscat, Oman - OMR 706 million The new SEEB Terminal Complex Project, Including the Piers. 1st Phase with the capacity of 12 Mpax and a total Built up Area 615,000 m². In addition to all supported facilities and ancillary Buildings As a Senior Project Manager, the responsibilities include the Project Management of the overall Design and Construction of the Main Contract 3 including the passenger Terminal Complex, Hangers and all Ancillary Buildings. Overseeing all Consultants and Design/Build Contractors to ensure compliance with the Employer Requirements within time and allocated budget. The responsibility includes Risk Management, Value Engineering, Claims Analysis and obtaining approvals from Local & National Authorities. In addition to the Day to Day interface and coordination with the Client’s Technical Committee and Steering Committee including all major Stakeholders. Preparing and managing all procedure for changes and handover process

Deputy Project DirectorFull Time

• Job Details:King Abdulaziz International Airport Project, Jeddah, KSA - € 5 billion New Passenger Terminal Building with a capacity of 30 Mpax, a surface of 650,000 square meters. The facilities related to the development of this terminal include an inter-modal pole of about 100,000 square meters (railway station, underground, buses, automated people mover). Registered for LEED certification. Responsible for the overall management of Design between all consultants, my duties include: - Overall project management and time schedule control. - Plans and establishes a qualified design review team. - Establishes a design criteria, design codes and standards for the project design. - Liaison and coordination with Client, Paris Head Office team, International consultants, local consultants and local authorities. - Coordinate the total project design development effort. - Monitor design submittals for accuracy, completeness and timelines. - Prepare Claims for EOT, acceleration and change orders. In addition, as LEED expert, I have overall coordination of the LEED certification process. Successfully managed the preparation and submission of all design stages including Detail Design, Final Design, Tender Documents and obtaining approvals from Local & National Authorities.
