• Job Details:Travel extensively across the region to meet with key stakeholders such as design consultants, project management consultants (PMC), contractors, and end users. Specify key brands of building management systems, central battery systems, fire alarm systems, and public address and voice alarm systems. Develop effective relationships and provide design support to consultants by leveraging product knowledge and specification expertise across consultant specifications. Support consultants in designing based on relevant codes and write technical specifications. Specify all products and provide leads to system integrators for upcoming projects across various defined verticals. Receive inquiries and generate offers for direct major projects. Perform value engineering on bill of quantities (BOQ), input/output (I/O) summary, and recommend necessary changes. Strategically appoint and train new channel partners across the region to maximize client reach and ensure timely product/service delivery. Perpetuate a database of key clients, consultants, contractors, competitors, and value-added resellers (VARs). Communicate technical feedback from the field to upstream product management teams for product enhancements. Build rapport with new and existing customers to enhance client retention. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to promote solutions. Generate business, cost, and employee reports for management review.
