• Job Details:As a Main developer Project Management Division senior manager, my duties were : • Preparing for the introduction meetings, attending the work development meetings . • Review the shop drawings, select and follow up the finishing material and its site work . • Coordinating for all the RFIs, RFPs, prepare cost analysis for the finishing items . • Review the contractors, consultants agreements and invoices, evaluate and prequalify the needed contractors and suppliers .

• Job Details:As a Main developer leader of the Projects Management division, my duties were : : • Monitoring all the company engineering contracts site activities, especially the architectural work for the villas and 6 palaces including the interior finishing, supply of the appliances and the furniture items . • Preparing the needed cost estimation from the owner point of view, evaluate and negotiate with the contractors, consultants, prepare the contracts, revise the claims, contractor invoices . • Evaluate the suppliers, prepare, review and evaluate the biddings documents, prepare, submit the projects financial reports, update the market material, manpower and the different items cost ..
