*Crew Coordinator:
Coordinate crew movements with concern station
Arrange hotel reservations all over Egypt and worldwide for airlines crew members, clients, visitors, staff..etc.
Arrange transportation to/from hotel for airlines crew members, clients, visitors, staff …etc.
Arrange meet & assist at the airport for airlines crew members, clients, visitors, staff …etc.
Keep crew updated with regards of the arrival/departure times of the flight they are operating in order to arrange for pick up time and wake up calls, as needed.
Ensuring that our stations hold the up-to-date crew movement schedules received from airlines in order to provide meet and assist with visas and transportation from/to airport.
Arrange flight tickets for airlines crew, clients, visitors, staff …etc.
Establish and maintain long-term working relationships or partnerships between the company and selected hotels.
Assist in the negotiation of contracts "with hotels" with an optimum mix of price and quality.

* Lost and Found:
Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
Create and amend all Lost Luggage cases using World Tracer “WT” system.
Follow up lost luggage tracing’s status and complete required forms “BQ”.
Payments of authorized amounts for 1st necessities;
Payments of authorized amounts for damaged baggage;
Payments of authorized amounts for final settlements for total or partially lost luggage, and lost items from existing luggage.
Arrange baggage transfer between airports.

* Admin Assistant:
Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.
Greet visitors, direct them to the concerned department.
Receive telephone calls, transfer them to concerned person.
Arrange International and Domestic duty travels.
Arrange medical insurance.
Send birthday greetings to clients, staff.
Write official letters.
Arrange and purchase necessary supplies for training, staff meeting and birthday parties.
