Reconciliation & Settlement Sr. SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends Providing analysis tool showing services and Sales performance growth and profitability. Perform end to end documentation and compliance checking of all documents received. Design and manage Financial Operations products plans & flows. Tracing the new disbursed credit limits along with its credit lines, re-payment & closure. Reviews implemented changes to appropriate data systems to assess potential impacts to the reconciliation process. Assists with the development of new or ad-hoc reconciliation procedures and templates. Works with Operations team to introduce automation where necessary to reduce manual work in reconciliation management. Participates in discussions with others on the team while navigating the engagement model between the reconciliation team and other support groups to monitor and track progress within the issue resolution process. Reviews current processes and recommends appropriate enhancements when internal system changes or payment system rules change. Implements adjustments to the reconciliation process where necessary as a result of changes to internal and external systems. Participates in internal meetings for the coordination of activities / tasks within the group.
