• Job Details:Supervising both chemistry and microbiology labs for raw and packaging materials, ensuring accurate reporting and action planning. Leading analytical performance improvements, verifying material compliance with consumer standards, and managing material inspection and release processes. Supporting the R&I team through testing and analysis, and coordinating with design, packaging, and marketing teams to address packaging defects. Additionally, responsible for monitoring warehouse storage quality and food safety, and reviewing artwork for packaging materials regarding PLS standards.

Quality Control Specialist

• Job Details:Responsible for various quality and compliance tasks, including internal audits, control monitoring, and continuous process improvement. Ensures GMP and GHP are followed in production, updates and completes quality reports daily, and implements food safety audits. Develops training materials aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC, and NFSA standards. Manages follow-ups on NFSA findings, updates HACCP plans per FSSC 22000, and oversees the annual calibration of all plant equipment and balances. Created an online system of soft copies reports of our team which made a quick response to interested parties and made reachable reports through a dashboard of our KPIs linked with the other concerned departments. Created several sheets as a database unit to monitor the performance growth of the team. Modified the traceability system for finished goods and raw materials by redefining the rework cycles and implementing a controlled monitoring process. Contributed to minimizing the changeover time for wafer line.
