Collection Specialist

• Job Details:Communicating with clients with outstanding payments and ensuring efficient and timely collection of outstanding payments according to the company policy. Responsible for exporting collection reports that include all needed data for selected time, region and branch. Manage and control the collection process by supervising the collector team who visit the client each per requested collected due and the customer region. Coordinating between customer and customer service team in case of any modification requested by the customer during the call. Coordinating between IT, finance and the bank if any problem related to bank transfer arises. Establishing good communication channels with clients and the operations on all problem cases in order to maximize policy retention.

Sales Representative

• Job Details:Analyze clients’ financial statuses (e.g. income, expenses and liabilities). Examine and suggest financial opportunities (e.g. insurance plans, investments). Customize financial plans according to clients’ changing needs. Present and sell suitable financial products and services. Find and approach prospective clients. Build strong relationships to retain existing clients.
