• Job Details:* Liaising with existing clients * Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. * Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. * Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. * Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required. * Arranging and carrying out product training. * Ensuring that sales targets are met. * Organizing sales visits and meetings. * Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI response * Handling all Service Centre activities and managing the work flow inside the workshop starting from Disassembly-RCA report-Quotation-Repair-Testing-Dispatch the repaired mechanical cartridge to the customer. * Manages escalated customer tickets in a timely and effective manner. * Corporate building maintenance responsibility. * Site visit and attending of startup and commissioning for new and repaired mechanical seals. * SAP using for the workshop activities.

Maintenance EngineerFull Time
