9) Create JD, JS, JF and JA for various job titles.
10) Setting, handle, coordinate and follow-up the candidates assessments according to the various positions as next (IQ, Cognitive test, Psychometric, Language, Technical).
11) Setup the KPI & PMS, with the SW Development manager and Scrum Masters. Work closely with the SW development team in implementing the KPI system to develop the work environment, employee evaluating and appraisals.
12) Currently working on creating and publishing the Employee handbook 1st edition for our Software House.
