• Job Details:Worked as Head of Finance / Finance Manager with Pipe & Well Services Co., established to render a wide range of services for inspection, testing, and its certification for oilfield, petrochemical, and marine industries. The following are the key responsibilities:  Collaborate with Senior Management to align financial goals with business strategy, optimizing profitability and minimizing risk.  Conduct financial modeling and risk assessments for ongoing as well as prospective projects.  Maintain a robust financial system, and controls to ensure efficiency, reliability, and transparency.  Ensure that financial statements are in line with IFRS and pronouncements that are endorsed by SOCPA.  Liaise with auditors for routine audits, as well as audits related to LCGPA "Local Content" and "IKTVA" programs.  Leading the role in financial planning as well as finalization and implementation of the company’s annual budgets and ensuring that all key staff especially budget holders are properly trained and oriented.  Responsible for ensuring compliance with ZATCA rules and regulations for VAT/Zakat, related payments, filing thereof, and obtaining Zakat Certificate on a timely basis.  Responsible to manage the employees' end-of-service benefits (EOSB) and annual vacation settlement fund in accordance with the KSA labour law.

Senior Financial ControllerFull Time

• Job Details:Worked as Senior Financial Controller with Plant Tech Arabia which is incorporated to provide highly specialized plant and maintenance services for refineries, petrochemical, fertilizer, and other allied process plants. The following were the key responsibilities:  Responsible for ensuring the financial system adhere the both local regulations and IFRS guidelines.  Responsible for ensuring that the Financial Statements are prepared in accordance with the IFRS for Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and other standards and pronouncements that are endorsed by SOCPA.  Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the company’s annual budgets and ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to support strategic initiatives and business growth.  Responsible for ensuring compliance with ZATCA rules and regulations in respect of monthly VAT payments, withholding taxes (WHT) payments and filing thereof (monthly/Annual) and obtaining Zakat Certificates.  Responsible for coordinating external/internal audits and ensure that information is provided as requested and keep audit deadlines and deliverables on track.
