    • Job Details:2) Name: Retail Management System. Tool Used: C#.NET, MSSQL& Crystal Report. Description: It is a complete solution for retail activities. Modified the existing software and recreated it using C#.NET and MSSQL. Modules included Masters, Sales and Reports. Project Details: The updated item master is uploaded from HO through google drive and it is downloaded in retail outlets. Item master is updated automatically and it is scheduled in every outlets. Cashiers are login o the system and use the sale form for retail sales. End of the day sales back up generated and uploaded to the HO server using google drive. System is also handling the gift voucher, Credit Note and Loyalty redemption 3) Name: HR and Document Management. Tool Used: C#.NET, MSSQL& Crystal Report. Project Details: This Project handling all the activities related to HR department and Administration department. Modules included Masters, Recruitment, Payroll, Time and attendance, Training and Appraisal, Leave management, Gratuity and EOS. Masters – Created all masters relevant to an employee e.g. Department, Nationality, Documents, Country, City, Religion etc. Recruitment module help the HR department to select the right candidate and shortlist the selected candidates. Once the candidates are shortlisted they are called for the interview and once the Interview is over and the candidate is appointed, the system will generate an employee code and save the employee details. Once the visa processing is over employee status is confirmed and the HR department updates all other details. Time and Attendance module is integrated with Bio metrics devices. Employees are registered to biometric device with the employee code. Attendance is downloaded and uploads automatically to the HR database. Payroll - Automates the pay process by gathering data on employee time and attendance, calculating various deductions and payments. Generating pay slip and is incorporated with WPS system. Leave Management – Daily attendance verifications and annual leave management. It handled all kind of leaves an employee taken and will add/deduct it from at the time of travelling. Training and Appraisal – Modules will help to record all trainings provided to employees and enter their performances and will help to make appraisal accordingly. Gratuity and EOS – Module handling the gratuity calculation and end of service benefits accordingly the government law. 4) Name: Customer Loyalty (http://www.monalisa-ae.com/rewards/) Tool Used: PHP, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY & MYSQL. Project Details: This is a Customer relation management project. Customers will register their loyalty card through Monalisa website. Each time they purchase the card number or mobile number will enter the POS system and points will be added. Once customer accumulated 500 points, Voucher worth AED25 will be generated and SMS will be sending to the registered mobile number. Customers can check their transactions and points in website using their credentials

    • Job Details:Project Details: This project can be divided into different modules 1) Purchase – Purchases are two types Import and Local a) Import -- Sales Order  Sales Confirmation  Sales Invoice. Requirement Analysis- Identify the required items by analyze the fast-moving and slow-moving items and market study. Once the requirement is confirmed make the Sales Order and send to the suppliers, Suppliers send back the sales confirmation and once it is confirmed they will send the sales invoice along the shipment. Once the shipment is received system will cross check Sales invoice with sales confirmation and identifying any pending items and give reminders for follow-up with suppliers. b) Local -- Sales Order / LPO  Sales Invoice. Generate the local purchase order and send to the supplier once LPO is confirmed they send the items with sales invoice. Once items received samples are taken and send that for pricing once pricing over it will send to Inventory department for Entering Goods receipt note. Once its done items are created in inventory and stock will generated in head office. 2) Dividing and Distribution. Items are divided color wise and size wise and send to locations. Once items are divided barcode label and packing stickers will be generated and that send the distribution department. They make the delivery note and send the items to corresponding locations. This time items stock are distributed in different locations in IMS (Stock is minus from HO and added to other locations). Once the locations received the item they are entering the DN number and received quantity in IMS, then system will cross check the discrepancy and if any send that to the HO DN department will check the discrepancy once they confirmed it will notify in Purchase department and they will pass the adjustment and it will correct the stock. 3) Sales Once items are received in locations after verifying the items it will put on display and customers will purchase the items and that will enter through sales module. This module handling all activities related to sales and sales returns. Customers can make payment using different payment methods like cash, card vouchers, credit note etc. 4) Location to location Transfer – If any locations required items from other locations they are checking in stock enquiry and send request to other location. Then the other locations makes internal DN and send items to requested location. System will also analyze the fast moving items and auto generates popup to locations. 5) Stock correction and Disbursement Stock will be verified every year by physical stock taking and people will scan the item code and enter the quantity. Once it will finish, system will generate a report showing the physical stock and system stock and the difference. Once verify the differences it can adjust through stock adjustment module Also damage items are return to HO and after verifying the items that also disbursed through stock adjustment module.
